Here you can focus & learm many things as it's a consultancy & they're still growing. The scope of learning something new & developing of your skill will be much easier than other companies . There is pressure but it drpends on the team & department one is working with. Overall company culture is environment is good . Ofcourse there is politics just like every other company but still it's much better. The only thing candidates should be concerned about before joining is their sslary range & other benefits. It's too less according to me. Rest depends on the individual

Management & Co worker are very helpful and friendly Salary on time, Homely atmoshphire, Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

It was my 1st job so I got an exposure to recruitment industry and they provide salary on time.

We learned nothing, it was more or less a telecaller job though the designation was " recruiter". Employee code of conduct is worse, no fixed timing, you have to stretch almost everyday. The sal was on time but not upto the mark.

Center based work, & very familier experience.. Relax job specially for freshers it's a very good position for learning.

Lots of Management issue, salary issue, very less & unused man power, no appraisal since 2 -3 years. No leave Is approved

Campany goals and culture is great support system for thier employees. Mostly people work for benifit and company's Salary is timing key factor which motivate employees.
