I was an ex-employee of Orion some of my FNF amount is still pending. I asked many times to pay my remaining amount but company didn't take it seriously and ignored as always.

Only my Training manager is polite rest of the employee was meaningful.

Center based work, & very familier experience.. Relax job specially for freshers it's a very good position for learning.

Lots of Management issue, salary issue, very less & unused man power, no appraisal since 2 -3 years. No leave Is approved

Campany goals and culture is great support system for thier employees. Mostly people work for benifit and company's Salary is timing key factor which motivate employees.

Great work atmosphere help to work with each other some times coordination missed by junior

Here you can focus & learm many things as it's a consultancy & they're still growing. The scope of learning something new & developing of your skill will be much easier than other companies . There is pressure but it drpends on the team & department one is working with. Overall company culture is environment is good . Ofcourse there is politics just like every other company but still it's much better. The only thing candidates should be concerned about before joining is their sslary range & other benefits. It's too less according to me. Rest depends on the individual

HR department is very much slow,man power low,no intension to work Salary is on time Pressure is huge,marketing team is fully dull,false candidate is given by marketing team for class Trainer responsibility is increasing day by day Salary is not increasing

...re running skill project but every one is under service agreement,no pf no esi TDS is deduct every month salary 10 percent,where the money is gone we don't know??no receipt given by company for 10pecent of salary deduction amount
