It's a good company to work with as it gives you freedom to think, plan and execute your ideas. Also gives platform to learn new things.

Dislikes

Only negative thing which i have noticed is after few years of service your career growth becomes stagnant.

Likes

Most of the things are good, for example, management is good and is very approachable, if you are a new comer or fresher, you will get loads to learn, vision is good, job security is there and no one will keep putting on pressure regarding work,, good clientage, good remuneration is offered, no hassle in getting leaves if you have completed the assigned task.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are few and slow and the other negative point is company culture.

Likes

Don't go for this company. It's just a broken making black money in white for some people. That's all.

Dislikes

It's a worst company I have seen. They don't have work ethics even they care about their employees at all. HR manager is totally illiterate.
