My coworkers were very nice people. They are very open-minded and freeform, and they like to celebrate pretty much everything. They gave me a lot of support and help and motivation. This is a small office but you can feel contentment working here (if you are working at the office at all).

...eciate it. They will not give you tools to work with but will demand results. They also seem to be very confused between marketing and digital marketing and sales - at times I felt like handling all three (except at the time of counting the salary, of course). On that note - one shouldn't believe them if they promise you a better salary later on - you will be disappointed. They talk big about being a 100-crore company but their mindset and business strategy (if exists at all) stays at a local clothing shop level. If you bring them execution plans on how to grow, they will just ignore it. On top of that, they do not understand the hard work put in by people. There is rampant nepotism going on in the company too. Hardworking individuals get shit for salary and worked to the bone, while boss-friends sit around playing with expensive toys, getting massive foreign-grade salaries. Not to mention, according to them they can do everything each employee does within two seconds, and therefore why is the employee taking any time to finish a job at all? Etc. You will also have to show some new ideas and new work EVERY SINGLE DAY - no such thing as continuing the previous day's work in this company. The infrastructure is that of a very poor office and yet the management doesn't seem interested in improving it. Also, there is unconfirmed suspicion about some problems with the EPFO and tax audit. All in all, a rather untrustworthy company with no provision for personal growth and no money. The management seems to be stuck in their college days and loves ragging their employees.

Not a single benifits, not safe for women,full of politics, Owner using slang, rude behaviour, salary deduct without any cause, got fired anytime without any intimation and notice, no job sequrity, longer job timings, Owner intention is not good for women. Strictly not recommend for anyone, don't waste your valuable time to applying there.
