Groupism 3.inter-department fight is a daily work here for people 4.Japanese people having zero value for their people and they treat like slave, no place for ethics 5.Appraisal cycle is not defined nor getting increments on time. 6.No new learning/ Japanese are also not expert in their field. 7.Japanese keep watching every single person for there work and seems they pretend we are thief. 8. No freedom of work and in decision making. Better to be Jobless and don't even think of joining this company

There are no defined salary brackets for each designation, resulting in significant discrepancies among employees with same title, furthermore management largely comprised of japanese individuals, frequently requires employees to work during the major Indian festival like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra and Diwali, demonstrating lack of respect for these cultural traditions.
