Company deals with projects in oil and gas, steel, waste treatment, water treatment etc. so exposure is good, but now the curve is going down (from early 2020). thus, existence of this company is also seems uncertain now in future.

Dislikes

...ent projects. all other facilities an employee gets as appraisal & other is bad. Poor salary, No increament, Irregular salary, No travel allowance, bad work environment as it is non MNC etc.

There is no apprisal even they are not being able to give monthly salary. It's now Apr.4th till date they are unable to pay Salary for the month of February. Work environment is very worse. The ognisation is full of dirty Politics, oiling/ buttering.

Very good work culture and good administration all seniors are cooperative. Balance life. Today Co facing some challenges but they overcome
