No paid leave After 45 days salary Less increment No national holiday 12 hrs job After 12 hrs expecting more overtime from employees arrears not getting on proper time Not for employees oriented company Salary paid on hrs basis even for all staff employees. Employees not get any kind of support from higher authorities Not even well maintain lavetory for staff. At the time of hiring process employees get assurity abouts increments on the basics of theirs performance but afterwards they not fulfill theirs commitment and not get increments.

Dislikes

Lady Export manager is not good. All the time she is having ego problem. She prefers only maharashtrian candidate. She never consider her staffs suggestions. Another old lady in accounts department always roaming here & there like world's every problem was in her head. And she torture everyone without any valid reason. Except both of these ladies oriental is very good company to work.
