Not good management, Not comparative HR, There is more salary and leaves benifit to worker than OCCL staff catagory. Not worthy pramotion and increment, Monopoly for HR. There is no fix timeing for work, Unplanned overtime mostly.

Company policy always come against employees, Very bad experience here no job security and and you have to Daily check your attendance others wise your salary deduct if any miss punch or not fit as per leave policies.

High salary as all employees left this company.

Dislikes

Bad leave policy. Work culture is labour class. Manager are not sufficient aware of new technology. No appreciation to any change. Old mindset of management.
