OAL provides good platform to express my knowledge and learning capability. Unit Operation and unit process where I learnt and promot myself in chemical Engineering direction. Company maintains excellent Greenery and Housekeeping. Plant fully controls through DCS ( Yokogawa software ). OAL has largest land in all of the company in Nandesari GIDC. Company provides canteen, Transportation for General shift, Safety aspects, uniform, etc facilities.

Salary issue for engineers.

Good learning to operate and control process with DCS Yokogawa panel. Perfect for only freshers. Novice engineer can learn to understand and apply fundamentals that he or she had studied in undergraduate program.

Dislikes

No transportation facility available for shifts. Extremely low wages, fraudulent with positions and salary discussion. You will be convinced with good butters and when you will join in actually scenario will totally different. No trustworthy. HR Department is bogus. They want engineers to work in diploma's based payroll and designation with Junior officer. They can extract work from you with same position till the three years. Lowest increment. Manipulative behavior, bad politics, jack will work. Work environment is good. You will be given Factory apprentice if you are fresher instead of Graduate Trainee Engineer, after One year of Factory apprentice you will be on Junior officer with low wages (1.78 Lac per annum) instead of Shift engineer designation and 2.1 Lac per annum salary which is minimum fixed salary industry gives to fresh engineers. DO NOT COME UNLESS YOU ARE EXTREMELY EXTREMELY REQUIRED. BECAUSE THEY HAVE POLICY OF GIVING FACOTRY APPRENTICE WHICH WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AT OTHER COMPANIES. OTHER COMPANIES PROVIDE FRESHER AS A GRADUATE TRAINEE ENGINEER. so do not come unless you have extremely required to earn.

Team is good, you may learn a lot if you are interested in gaining and earning knowledge. Nobody will create resistance for your learning you are free to learn on your own. There is an open environment for learning.

Dislikes

Salary is very less as compared to current scenario. There is no grade pay or such kind of salary structure. Increment policy are also not fare. Your experience goes on increasing but your salary will go on at constant curve. As generally increment falls between 8% to 12% on basic salary and the basic salary is in itself very less. Also one more thing is that there is no value for working person. If you are fake person of good reporting nature than you may raise here than the one who works with full honesty.

Nothing to like about company. It is Lala company. rules change every day by R&D head. No job security as R&D head can terminate you as per mood. No value to education as distance learning bsc person is manager and PhD person is low grade employee there. HR are very arrogant and non-supportive. R&d Head is most pathetic person I have ever seen.

Everything to dislike except Saturday-Sunday holiday and on time salary
