Good wrking place and nature of the organisation was very good nd support

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is a huge cafeteria and company policies are good,Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year etc. The company's 2 directors are good.

...any policies are good,But the ability to follow the rules is not in any manager.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.There is a lot of politics in the company etc. The company's 2 directors are good.And all this only Noida Sector 7A-1. There is no such place in the branch itself, this I have found out from the workers'.

I am working in this company since last seven years, so its just like a family for me now. Everything related to company, related to team mates, my growth & salary is good. I am happy to be a part of this company.

A man in this company which have monopoly, He never want to hand over any thing to their juniors, he is scared about his job , he always lie to everyone, every time he make a panic situation to proof there presence, Nobody can work with honesty with him. Unfortunately this is bad luck of factory to believe blind on his work.
