Worst culture, no management direction. Frequent changing of CEOs and BU Heads in Fan Division. National Sales Head, Service Head, 2 BU Heads and 3 CEOs have come in the past 1.5 years. Power centered around the owner, and everyone just serves the owner and their offspring.

In the past year, they have had 3 CEOs, National Sales Head has left, National R&D Head has left, Service Head has left and there has been no Product Head for more than 2 years.
