Orient Blackswan as a brand very strong in the market. Directors are really good. Then are taking care of everyone.

Few people are very bad like rotten fruit in this organisation like in Mumbai Mr. Feroz Patel. He is pathetic person which I have seen.

Job security is very very good in the organisation. Every senior person will guide you and assist you at every point of time. It's a top publishing company in India for me. Product are very good along with the after sales service.

Coming to Accounts Department- The Timing hours of the company is very very bad and you can't have a personal life if you are going to join in Accounts department... I am not talking about other departments... ONLY the ACCONTS DEPARTMENT is the WROST of all.. and stupid politics are involved.... it will ruin the carrier of others.

It's has a relaxed atmosphere with lots of elderly people working. Good to learn from their experience.

Dislikes

Still using old ways of filing paper manually. Not technically sound and the system and gadget they use have been outdated a decade ago.
