Lala company. Higher management staff enjoying good salary and all benefits but no promotion to lower staff. Friends and relatives get promotion and salary hike. I was working for CMD and MD, but fired me without any reason by munim of lalaji named Rajesh Bagri. Poor culture and no HR policy.

...er percentage of unemployable employees. Job security even for non performers. Poor benefits as to Medical Insurance, Paid Leave compensation, Trainings and other skill enhancing workshops. Overall good but a long way to go to become a good place to work.

Dislikes

An old age desi lala (Indian) company with old thought process and lala culture. You can find people employed there for more than 30 to 40 years. No HR Managrment, no Employee welfare, no learning, no growth. Favouritism on peak, lots of useles employees but no one gets sacked for non performance. Bad Appraisals process, poor increament that is also not on time, year end appraisals are closed in oct-nov instead of Mar-Apr with no arrear.

1. Salary credit on time 2. IT department work is good. 3. Head office based employee have good work life balance.

1. Upper management listen to manager rather than ground employee. 2. No work and personal life balance. 3. Track employees everytime. 4. Work pressure.

Nothing to like. Most importantly never ask for your traveling expenses . They might fire you if u ask for that. They only want you to work for free of cost and once u ask for reimbursement they will give 1000 excuses not to give those. Perfect example of toxic work culture

Salary less than mentioned. No job security Higher bosses don't even support the subordinates Using slings is an integral.part of this company. They can even harass you by giving slangs to your parents also..

Company will pressure on resign job give the growth comparation for last year. The company will give on pressure to me. Please consider sales not happen analysis the market. Don't say resign the company person . Thanking you for asking suggestion
