Culture is pathetic. Senior managers keep on changing decision each day. Lots of work pressure, daily Google meet starts from morning 9:00am on same repetitive topics. Lots of politics. No respect of employees. National sales manager/ General manager use bad words to employees in front of everyone. Our idea's of improvement is not at all acceptable.

Hopeless behaviour by sinior, no planning, management are very poor maintality. Specially NSM is very political person in this organisation past 8 years . He collapsed the business of so many states .

Worst culture, World class politics, worst manager, worst environment.

Dislikes

Worst culture ever existed, managers are worst, nobody will take initiative for their work. Politics is at such high level that it will disturb you mentally. And most of the politics is done by managers. Management doesn't listen to your consern. If you want to disturbed your mental health then this is the company. No growth at All.

Extra leisure activities other than just office work, a nice way to reduce stress and work pressure of employees

Worst management ever seen, Discriminated and disrespectful behaviour with employees at smaller positions. People employed at senior positions don't care about their juniors. Blame game is very common, no responsibility or help from seniors. Company's Boss doesn't know if he's the actual boss or the people of management team.
