I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Nothing . They show they are very big company but they are unorganised very small company shopkeeper type even the directors sit on work stations they have no cabins for senior staff no respect for employees, no job security . I also wasted my 21days in this organisation.
