- I have been a part of this organization from around 2020 to 2022. And I must say it was one of my excellent professional phases. Had to leave it due to higher studies - Amit Sir & Kavita Madam, who headed the company, have been more like mentors than "bosses". I am still in touch with them - Company offers great support in term of all professional aspects, working, growth, incentives, - Even both of them went out of their way to help each of the team members during lockdown periods. - Apart from regularl work, It provides you with great scope to work and meet amazing professional people from other fields - Company Culture is also friendly and promote healthy competition. As all of us had one goal to contribute our best. And our efforts were acknowledged

Good bunch of talented employees but nobody is working as per their will. Just working due to responsibilities.

Dislikes

Very poor management/owners i.e. the husband wife duo. They need a lot of ego boosting. They need oets not employees. No professionalism. Lack of openness to new ideas. You might face daily soap drama on daily basis and husband wife plotting against some employee often. Favoritism for old employees. Living in the past. Overconfidence. Not good paymasters as well. This space will be less if I talk all about what I don't like. Late working hours just for the sake of not getting the money wasted on the employees, even of there is no work. No career growth. Religion bias. No learning. Would not recommend this company to even my enemy.
