There's actually nothing in the school that one can like about, yes the students were very nice which can only give you satisfaction. Nothing else.

Dislikes

... can do to the authority. Those who can do this got the privilege of everything. Even the working hours are too long as compared to the salary, and every month 1k or 2k will be deducted from your salary without any reason, sometimes the amount may be more than that. Will never ever refer anyone for this particular branch of Orchids.

I have learned alot from the date I have joined. Whether it’s about updating yourself in the digital teaching world or learning new techniques through training.

Dislikes

The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

...maintaining data attending ptm via zoom daily and all these irrelevant work..... Rather they should be involved in teaching Bt seriously authority must pay attention towards the betterment of children not their data

1.Orchids ask original documents 2. In the first year , they cut retention fund from your salary and give it back if you complete 10 months. Otherwise you will lose that amount. 3. If you join and you didn't complete 10 months till may then you are not eligible for may month salary. 4. Disrespectful behaviour by higher authority 5. Zero job security 6. No PF 7. No travelling allowance/ help 8. No canteen 9. Low amount appraisal

... a good package though they are not that qualified. Hardly we get any appraisal. Nobody looks into the salary things actually. They don't pay good to all the staff. Even they didn't give the May salary. 😕 Some people run the house only by themselves, they suffer alot.
