Nothing much. They only want IItians to work with them and that too with poor salary

Salary is poor. Atleast give a car to the Principal with gasoline on the house and a driver. Principals deserve a minimum benefit.

I have learned alot from the date I have joined. Whether it’s about updating yourself in the digital teaching world or learning new techniques through training.

The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

... a good package though they are not that qualified. Hardly we get any appraisal. Nobody looks into the salary things actually. They don't pay good to all the staff. Even they didn't give the May salary. 😕 Some people run the house only by themselves, they suffer alot.

There is nothing to like in this school. They will treat you like animals.

...ry bad. That is why in every Month or in every week teacher gives resignation. No respect, very bad in terms of giving salary, they tell you to do overtime and after promising also they don't give that money .

Nothing. No work life balance 9-10 hrs of work No benefits Salary is very less

...still never got. All the time there is vacancy both for teachers and students. Salary is far too less.
