Please don't get into this sham you ladies, Orchids The International is a trap! These people are a bunch of losers who want women to work for them not just for the 7 hours shift but a 14 hours shift! Holding the employees salary is their hobby! They don't treat teachers as humans and still won't get appreciated. Students and teachers are still fine ! But the management is full of s*** assaulters and the principal (let's not talk about it) ! I'm talking about my branch and my experience with them hasn't been good. They don't even do full background checks on people/teachers/management. Salary is below decent. There are no benifits provided by this organization. Oh wait, I do remember some benefits: 1. Mental torture 2. Disrespect 3. Overwork 4. Manipulation 5. No empathy 6. No sick leave/paid time off (basically if you're taking a leave for a genuine reason, you're a lying to them) 7. No sanitary napkins in their infirmary for teachers 8. They have the worst uniform for teachers yes they have a uniform 9. Three months of an impractical notice period which is served meanwhile handling discrimination from the authorities. 10. You're on leave for three days- they hold your salary

...k together, just for the sake of k12 techno service company's "cost cutting" Pressure on FOE of sales and marketing, loss of pay if not completing the target on daily basis, and worst part is they can terminate anytime if we are not meeting their "expectations" They didn't mention at the time of interview about this sales and marketing thing.

...ns of working at Orchids are many but I would just highlight the important ones. Though the salary is good as a fresher but it comes with lots of pressure too. It is just a cold calling job where you get no respect you work there as an unsaid slave. The management level at Orchids is the worst, there is no ground level analysis, nobody cares about the root cause of the problem and even if there are too many higher degree graduates but the application is zero. Furthermore there is no growth in orchids for instance if you start at position A you'll end up being there only. In addition, the work environment is not suitable for a peace mind person because it is too much chaos, internal conflicts, jealousy, and you don't have a work- life balance. Pov: don't have a expectations to get an appraisal because you won't get it. To summarise the whole I would say that orchids is good for a person who doesn't have any goal in life to be successful. If you only want to earn money you can go ahead.

No salary no ta no infornation the wrost management i have seen ever here the hrs dont do anything they some how make some issue with your salary.

The hr dont care about your problem why you are not getting salary she will told you ok im trying and the end of month she tell that she cant do anything. I think fraud they are.
