Please don't get into this sham you ladies, Orchids The International is a trap! These people are a bunch of losers who want women to work for them not just for the 7 hours shift but a 14 hours shift! Holding the employees salary is their hobby! They don't treat teachers as humans and still won't get appreciated. Students and teachers are still fine ! But the management is full of s*** assaulters and the principal (let's not talk about it) ! I'm talking about my branch and my experience with them hasn't been good. They don't even do full background checks on people/teachers/management. Salary is below decent. There are no benifits provided by this organization. Oh wait, I do remember some benefits: 1. Mental torture 2. Disrespect 3. Overwork 4. Manipulation 5. No empathy 6. No sick leave/paid time off (basically if you're taking a leave for a genuine reason, you're a lying to them) 7. No sanitary napkins in their infirmary for teachers 8. They have the worst uniform for teachers yes they have a uniform 9. Three months of an impractical notice period which is served meanwhile handling discrimination from the authorities. 10. You're on leave for three days- they hold your salary

... career growth-0 I m working since 5 years and still dance instructor by post...At the branch level I do coordinator job also but nobody is recognising only using, salary-everytime for no reason salary will get deducted and last year my appraisal was 800 :-D...seriously I get laugh on myself, so much of Politics...leave principal will sanction for those who are every time manage to polish higher authority and for others no leave if some of us are taking den straight away LOP. Learning - U can learn politics here...work environment is Zero. Innovation :-D, work-life balance- no growth- no salary-waste of time better go somewhere else and work

...nce. No appraisal. It's hell for teachers here. Their policy changes every day!! They'll make you work even on national holidays without any extra pay or comp-off! Beware!!

...n for my mental and physical health, expecting me to work despite health issues. 4) Unfair treatment and inaccurate accusations- I was marked Leave without pay(LWP) for not reading whatsapp messages where i was busy was with given tasked. 5) Company is only adding roles and responsibilities day by day not while increment hike they give 3-5% only. after giving 10hours to company. 6) lack of support and grievance redressal- My grievances have been ignored, I've received no Support or response from the management. The concern have significantly impacted my well- being and job satisfaction.

Orchids gives a good syallabus and teaching aid, structure, curriculum plan to teachers which is beneficial.

Dislikes

...heatre teacher is asked to teach English and public speaking at times maths too.No salary raise, no bonuses, no performance evaluation based increments. And very poor approach by human relations department.
