I have seen some of my colleagues getting tortured here with respect to their work and their salary as well. You will be held responsible for the things you are not supposed to. No ethics. They want CBSE affiliation but don't follow any rules for that. No work ethics. They will cut your one day's salary and still expect you to work on that day.

I hardly like the work place and the work environment.Teachers are overloaded with work irrespective of the work duties.

Salary is not given on proper date.HR team is really a pain,even after joining the organisation you will not receive joining letter within few days of joining.

I have learned alot from the date I have joined. Whether it’s about updating yourself in the digital teaching world or learning new techniques through training.

The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

...maintaining data attending ptm via zoom daily and all these irrelevant work..... Rather they should be involved in teaching Bt seriously authority must pay attention towards the betterment of children not their data

... a good package though they are not that qualified. Hardly we get any appraisal. Nobody looks into the salary things actually. They don't pay good to all the staff. Even they didn't give the May salary. 😕 Some people run the house only by themselves, they suffer alot.
