Please don't get into this sham you ladies, Orchids The International is a trap! These people are a bunch of losers who want women to work for them not just for the 7 hours shift but a 14 hours shift! Holding the employees salary is their hobby! They don't treat teachers as humans and still won't get appreciated. Students and teachers are still fine ! But the management is full of s*** assaulters and the principal (let's not talk about it) ! I'm talking about my branch and my experience with them hasn't been good. They don't even do full background checks on people/teachers/management. Salary is below decent. There are no benifits provided by this organization. Oh wait, I do remember some benefits: 1. Mental torture 2. Disrespect 3. Overwork 4. Manipulation 5. No empathy 6. No sick leave/paid time off (basically if you're taking a leave for a genuine reason, you're a lying to them) 7. No sanitary napkins in their infirmary for teachers 8. They have the worst uniform for teachers yes they have a uniform 9. Three months of an impractical notice period which is served meanwhile handling discrimination from the authorities. 10. You're on leave for three days- they hold your salary

...ry bad. That is why in every Month or in every week teacher gives resignation. No respect, very bad in terms of giving salary, they tell you to do overtime and after promising also they don't give that money .

...ite resignation letters as it is we are leaving school for our personal reasons. Lastly they offered us 1 month extra salary and begged for resignation letter. The primary library teacher is horrible. She always mistreats with new teachers and gives all her classes and substitutions to new teachers. She complaints lies about the new teachers to headmistress. It was not expected. The teachers are not respected by the students also. The 5th standard students even slang the teachers. They are totally uncultured. They will make you cry and leave the class.

Teammates were co- operative.No training was given.job security was good.salary was not good.

Dislikes

Work load and stress. Saturdays' even if holiday,employees are asked to come, no classes and no students come. Physically and mentally stressed out.
