It’s a terrible place to work. They expect doctors to work even on Sundays! Duty hours is 8 hours and beyond that they promise emergency services extra money, which they always try to cut. Governed by non medicos so not advised to join!

Likes

Owner is Good, Understood, well behaved, Hospital is good, all department are well cultured. Unity in between staffs.

Dislikes

Huge Politics, No work in senior level, heavy attrition ratio in HR department. There are only 3 senior are permanent in the HR department, the rest of the HRs keep coming and going every 3 months which is countless.
