It would be good to purchase package from any local tour and traveler but not orchid, they will harass you mentally and financially, once you make payment they will start harassing you . They called me for free lunch and for meeting in Gurgaon office I went there thought will see and purchase any package if it will be suitable for me. I saw there paper work there was lot of terms and condition and transparency issue so I didn’t purchase package. they denied giving me lunch which they had called me for saying sir cook has gone. I met there many helpless people who were either trapped in their false promises or supposed to be. Most of people had complaint about their false promises and transparency issue .

...ood. There is good culture. In This lockdown period they don't give any support. 4 months no salary they paid. Even they don't give basic salary. We are facing more trouble.

There is a politics. Career growth is slow

It has been a wonderful exposure and a very dynamic portfolio to learn and manage. Orchid is a flagship property of Kamat Group and dominates OTA market with a significant 372 rooms inventory priced at very competitive price point. Fun to work and strong team bonding if that I love about The Orchid Mumbai.

Dislikes

This location has a significant scope of product upgradation, it is a 20 years old property and currently over due for modernisation of its current offerings.

Nothing like at all luckily they got some good professional Mentors out there .

Management needs an improvement. Worst in terms of employee culture. They only look out for profits to fullfill their needs and enlarge the chains .
