1. Exploiting, Rude and intrusive owner 2.Less salary 3.minimal increment that also after haggling with owner and listening to his abuses 4. Owner sometimes gets physical when angry.... Some staff even complained to police too. 5. Pressurise anesthetists to do difficult and unfit OT case with no extra emoulments. 6. Inexperienced new Gynaecologist who is actually owners relative... Tries to perform cases and get experience and to the peril of patients and anesthetists life. 7. Bad anesthesia workstation for the kind of cases forced upon anesthetists. 8. Less than average fees for anesthesia cases.... 1500 to 2000 for GA and Spinal both. Sometimes even less. No extra money for difficult or paediatric cases. 9. No experienced OT technician or nurses. Whole responsibility is on anesthetist. 10. All cases in OT are timed according to one uneducated but senior OT technician. As he does freelances outside while on payroll of this hosp. So elective cases are timed and placed at odd hours too like 9pm Or later. 11.the owner can throw you out any time.

Parsalities more there...there people mixed up personal and professional relationship....no support against any complaints ..and after one or TWO month also they will not get payment about present days....
