Nothing , may be a lil work from home but you are so micromanaged that you are tied to the core and the management just dont care about .Nil work life balance.

Oh plenty !!Compensation , no incentives, before that they will make up excuses to get you fired if you have performed well in previous few months . Politics only few stay and rest keep on leaving the organisation . incentives and other policies hidden , micromanagement to a level of 10 mins . no direct cleint , no info of selects . FnF and tax details are nothing clear . no job security . Managers and others have very offensive behaviour at your slightest mistake and its across teams . Works on RPO model and no direct hiring , lack of clarity in work and peanut incentive comapred to closure amounts . All Females comapny but are just paid too too little for the kind of work taken . NO other benefits , and all work on contract to save taxes . They take all resources from you . not even a single month you would be paid your whole salary , they keep on deducting for minor and no valid reason and you would get almost 20 % less salary in general . Hope it would help few .

Nothing to be like. Worst company in my life. There is bo good work culture and salary deduction very high. They fixed my salary for 18 k and after deduction getting 6 k .

Nothing. A lot of salary deduction without any reason. A lot of restrictions with a very less salary. No job security. Salary is very less according to the experience they are just providing 12k or 13k for 3 to 4 years of experience.

...TANCY WILL NOT PAY MORE THAN 10K FOR THE EMPLOYEES EVEN IF THEY ARE EXPERIENCED. FOR ONE YEAR EVERYTHING WILL BE OK BUT AFTER THAT THEY INSIST US TO RESIGN AND REDUCE THE SALARY UPTO 30% FROM THE BASIC. IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR POCKET MONEY CAN JOIN THIS CONSULTANCY. THEY PURELY EXPLOIT THE HOME MAKERS AND THE FRESHERS WHO ARE IN NEED OF JOBS. ABOVE ALL THE WORST PART IS THEY RECRUIT AS TEMPORARY STAFF WHICH IS NOT TOLD TO THE EMPLOYEES IN THE INTERVIEW OR AT THE TIME OF JOINING.

Some of the monthly interactions via Teams used to be fun. Apart from that, i can't think of anything that i liked.

Terrible Job Security. Horrible Pay- They don't even bother to tell you before cutting your salary and by how much. Monotonous work with no scope of growth and colleagues are not at all helpful. If you want to work this is the last place you should approach.
