There are mostly longtime employees 10+Year who act as though the company belongs to their family. Arun is the worst among them. I strongly advise against joining this organisation.

Dear Sir, I have been worked in your organization for the last one year on the post of E Commerce executive. The purpose of writing this letter to you is to complain against the manager (Arun Kumar) of your organization who treats his employees very poorly. Being the manager of the organization, his duty is to behave well with all staff members but his behavior is biased towards some employees. I have been selected on a fair basis, but he (Arun Kumar) treats me as if I have been selected on someone’s request. I perform each task with full hard work and work in extra hours too if there is any need for it. Moreover, I have been post graduated from the renowned university of the town, but last 3-4 month’s incident made my heart wrenched and I am not focusing on my work properly. Actually, last month he (Arun Kumar) argued with me for Unnessary talk for work, from this day he ignored me every time and compared me with other people like Rohtash & Shivam.Why? Because of this (Arun Kumar) person ego his team mate DEEPAK left the job without any notice & he (Arun Kumar)Terminated the SHAILNDRA also from his team & the most hardworking person (BIKAS SAHOO) who is working with your organization from last 13 year's also left reason is only one ARUN KUMAR. Keeping in view the above-mentioned circumstances I request you to take strict action against this unfair dealing of the manager to his employees. I am writing to you all this to request you to come to visit the branch and have a look at all this matters. This unprofessional way of dealing has not only lowered the morale of mine, but all the staff members are feeling the same. I hope that you will do something to stop this unfairness.
