Being a boutique investment banking firm, the firm focuses on getting done as many transactions as possible in a given period. This exposes people to learn how to prioritize work and also to many projects which can enhance a persons understanding of the industry.

Dislikes

It's a family run business, operated by second generation of the family. The second generation has never worked anywhere else apart from their own company where they directly assumed leadership positions. This results into management not having the understanding of how actual execution of work takes places and creates a huge amount of expectations mismatch within the organisation and also with the clients. Many times clients get assurance of getting their work done in a certain manner and time period, which are not practically possible due to inability of the management to understand what happens in the actual execution process of the services that the company provides and creates unnecessary pressure on employees resulting into a very high attrition rate.
