Good work environment, good work culture, good company policies, good salary and hike every year.

There is a lot of politics in production area. Everyone have their own issue but it purley reflect on quality. In textile there is a longer process for fabric production and more then one dept. Can affected on single defect. Sometimes no one judge that which dept. Is responsible for this defect but at that time people will target that person which he/she hates in that organization.

Sallery holds during lockdown....only local employees get their sallery. Outer employees who went to the home never credited any sallery or basics. Zero job security, everyday we go to the office pretending that this is must be our last day. Seniors always says go home we dont need you.

Dislikes

Everything which includes working environment, culture, management etc There was restrictions to everything, there was restrictions even on our thinking, management doesn't allow anyone to give their creative and innovative ideas.
