The best part about working here is that my ideas and inputs are valued, and I feel motivated to work towards my goals. Learning and development are given the importance that it deserves. From online learning courses to management offsite, I have been working here for almost a year now, and have been promoted from being senior marketing executive to leading the team, here's hoping for even better times. A lot of my work-life balance prosperity is thanks to my manager as he has been instrumental in making sure i settle well and perform well despite the challenges.

Pathetic HR Team and HR management, Delay in response, the HR team should organize events as per the needs of employees not according to them, HR wastes money in things that are not even relevant, earlier they used to do some fundo Friday now they have stopped doing that also.

It’s growing business and things are in between. The work they are doing is totally different where you have to start everything from scratch.

They offer easy entry in semiconductor industry. Work life is good in comparison to manufacturing companies. Remote job is offered in tough times.

You need to constantly push for your growth, learning and even for your due credit. Politics is big time and some folks at higher level doesn't even understand the ground reality of work.
