cause of one H R company name is being Worst Annual Ctc to inhand are very less arround ¼ Cutting is there .that to tax left , other companies having transport , food , gratuity, LTA , bonus are giving free here not only they are deducting from Ctc, even increasing approximately double than before And giving worst food than before , even for official work they are asking to use public transport, my uncle died 2p.m i got to know evening 7 cause here phone is not allowed any of your close person will die means you will go after funeral . Why because the rules are being introduced by those person who are seating near desktop with 3 phones ear buds roaming in office . Even lab boys security having independence to roam seat use phone leave office on time but ground level employees are strictly prohibited . Hr is strictly asking to do In shirt (everyone is not doing desktop job) no beard , removed flexible timing even To impress management she is doing anything that makes her joy though company will loose dutiful of employees all are becoming irresponsible to work indirectly cause of torture of team leads with extra work and last time planning to impress H O D, H R Policy , increment ,food , transportation

Best thing in company is work culture. Lots of things to learn. 5 day working day culture is best when it comes to work life balance. Self motivated people helps you to get motivated yourself to work more and learn more.

...y good. Mobiles are not allowed, should only use mobile provided by the company. Useless salary benifits.

One of the best company to learn things from the scratch. Senior employees are friendly and they guide clearly. Good work life balance.

...respective of we eat or not, might find worms in the food. No free cab facility. Less salary (<3LPA) for freshers. No flexibility in working hours. Can't use phone during working hours. Use of cell phones during lunch break is also prohibited. Micro management in few departments. Few senior level employees behaves like dictators.

Department politics is more above the limit. The head of department support this kind of people. Manager influence with one person with same religions and follow him blindly. Poor appreciation from manager.
