Can't get a free hand, for enthusiastic employees, Less exposure to the new technologies /methods being implemented, Very less staff have good relative experience, Less Inter department is coordination.

It was nice journey of my life as employed here. I leanrt lot of things like sales and product training and every month meetings it is very important to discuss our experience and customer feedback for our products with the management. Thanks

People have their own company and parallel working in key positions. Cheating the parent company. Over self centered and push sales guys to work for their own company parallel for commission.
