Not value for talented employees, not ethics. Not listening valuable suggestions if any senior person are giving , focus only in retail sales junior employee worth more then senior employee business doesn't matter.

I like it because my payments and travel claims come on time

There is no proper management because the planning of the system is not done regularly and here they support their relatives more, there are no rules and regulations for them, I don't like this

no aggressiveness towards market penetration, strategies to win the client. Slow adoption of fast moving technologies

Great Work Life Balance, Good Appraisals and encouragement to the employee, Great Job security

Can't get a free hand, for enthusiastic employees, Less exposure to the new technologies /methods being implemented, Very less staff have good relative experience, Less Inter department is coordination.

It was nice journey of my life as employed here. I leanrt lot of things like sales and product training and every month meetings it is very important to discuss our experience and customer feedback for our products with the management. Thanks
