Policy and salary can change any moment .. Reviews after nov are fake as there rating when down so asked the team to rate ..

The organization has no proper guidance. The founders are not confident in their strategy, every month they keep on changing. Hyd field marketing management is of no use to team.

Worst management, Useless HR department, No value for performers, Completely favorism not with a single person it’s between Team, when it comes to job security one of the worst just because to pay incentives they will terminate employees without any reason. No growth at all in Orange Health Labs . No even funds here as well no investment also, The name “Nitish Yadav” is culprit behind all this , he target whole team who are performing well n he makes to go out even after performing exceptionally well. When it comes to services worst reports they will generate everything is fake here, I Request please don’t go this ORANGE HEALTH LABS n don’t make your carrier by wasting time here. Almost more than 50+ employees left from this organisation just bcz of “Nitish Yadav” miss judgement.There is no transparency here when we ask about our data or our performance. I Request Tarun Bambra n Dhruv Gupta if this is scenario continue here remember “Nitish Yadav” will be only reason behind all this , regarding this whole organisation knows about his pathetic behaviour. Wake up ORANGE HEALTH LABS at least now n start taking action on corrupted “Nitish Yadav” . If anyone has interested please go ahead n work you will get to know on this ORANGE HEALTH LABS.

This is something I want investors, founders to see it , I don't know will they take action or not , All my review is on person on Nitesh verma ,it's because he is such a insecure person if business isn't there he'll take only action on the poor people like us, because he only feels he is great , If I want to suggest you i would like to tell the world person name bt Nitesh is in Orange health who is that company to play with your career still company doesn't want to take action on him because they are like useless especially HR they're like boot likers and they're only fit for that , Trust me torture given by him would've lead me to commit suicide thanks to my family who asked me to leave job I am thankful for them

Business Head Karunakar He’s not business head is fish marketing head Business Marketing skills - 0 He will join in orange on December 2023 to 3 lab manager and 2 senior technician and one QA manager resigned.
