The main thing is that employee don't feel any pressure during work which is a great positive thing that should be there in any organisation .

Not any dislike but salary hikes are at some low level which needs to be increased.

Job Security if you are in the right department. Work Culture seems to be good but it becomes overburdened if the attrition is high.

Dislikes

Pay Structure is the worst in the industry. Even if you perform well, you won't get rewarded. Negative attitude towards senior employees even if you perform at your best, they have no way to appreciate or reward. Work Life balance is there only if you are in the right project. If you are stuck with wrong manager, then pray for yourself or exit immediately.

...need of job. Also if they say the project is SABIC, then dont join what so ever. Compensation is poor, micro management is massive, and zero growth and learning opportunity. You can join the company if the division is MSC or Global Orange.

Dislikes

Micro management to an external that you dont get freedom to work and complete your tasks. You will have one person sitting on your head giving you actionable with deadlines, but he would not know what is the use of it. If you try and explain, he wont even bother to listen. Senior management knows about it but does not do anything. People are leaving because of this attitude, but they dont bother to change of listen.

Work life balance. You can join the company when u had a good package and need less work pressure. Almost no work pressure.

Dislikes

The only reason, very less work or exactly no work, although it's the best situation for a person who wants to just sit back and relax. But without work for huge time just wastes your learned skills and after some time you will again have to rebuild urself from scratch. Not a good experience if just had to sit back and see when work will come.
