It's Good here but can be improved also take home salary is quite nice. 3) I have worked for 2.5 years and got 2 annual appraisal and 3 out of cycle appraisals. Total 5 in just 2.5 Years. Appraisal are not that good in any of the company world wide, appraisal always depends on the work and quality of work you have done and people or manager recognize your value addition. But it's quite sure that you will get appraisal quite often if you are doing good in the team. 4) Job Security is top notch, I have never seen any layoff yet. There are people who asked to leave the organization but that's only when they are everything literally and doing no work. And going for work spill over again and again continuously. Trust me people enjoy here, if your work depends on other then it might be tough for you otherwise you don't face any issue. 5) They will give chance to enhance your skill, provide training which every pther organization is doing now a days, but one thing is good that you will be given open hand to develop any feature, you are open to choose architecture of solution. You are the king of your work. You are solely responsible but you will get good learning by this activity. But skill enhancement is again depends on project, i was not happy with the pace of my learning so i left the organization. 5) Work satisfaction depends on you, project, people in the team. So i am not going to point it out here. You can reach out to people on LinkedIn and ask them. So you will get a good understanding pf what you will be doing in orange. 6) Culture :- Show me any organization whose work culture or client even match the Orange. Nobody trust me nobody not even google, apple or any organization can match the work culture. This again will be depending on team but from my perspective it was heaven, if i have given chance to join it back on less salary, i would like to join it today itself. I even don't want experience letter of existing organization.
