Work culture was the worst. No help being provided. Alot was being expected without any KT. People will scold you like anything in front of whole team. Worst place to work.

Good exposure to technology. Plenty of resources are available for learning. End to End Development experiences. No Shortcut. :) Internal mobility is incredible. I have seen even a move to an international unit (Canada, USA etc) to work for.

...r team get a good Manager then it will be fantastic else it will be like hell. Pay low as compared to market however you get good international exposure.

I was part of the cloud marketing team and very energetic team. You can avail work from home whenever you needed, good work life balance, very good package you will get.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.

0% learning, no cutting edge technologies, no proper work culture. No appraisal, no promotions. If you want a good experience as a geek never ever join this Org.
