It was a very bad experience for me after completing 2 rounds of interview it was mentioned to me that my job would be working from home but later on they asked me to come to office, when I asked them it won't be possible they asked me either come to office or leave the job!!

Work culture, there will be no promotion, no salary hikes. No skill development. No entertainment. More work load. Managers were biased. We should hold bucket to manager so they may help you higlight your name even if you are not eligible and have no process knowledge

Dislikes

... headcount. no transport for day shift employees. No free insurance for parents. We have to pay premium if we need it.
