...ment and benefits for employees well being but doesn't gives growth opportunity.They hire people from outside with high salary /designation. People within for years stays with the same package and same designation. Without growth there is no peace.

Salary hike and compensation benefits are very less they will take more time like more than 2 years

...environment is horrible its nt good for people who is willing for career growth. Their us no hike or bonus until you get promoted. People who have worked for years want to get settled in one company can get into this place.

...Only boot lickers with no attitude towards work are promoted. Too much politics. 2 - 6% salary hike, worst among all the organizations. 3 - Management is just for name and politics, even VP doesn't know how the increment is done and how much fund will be given to the specific team. These decisions are made at SVP level which is too bad. They don't have a vision of how people will be promoted, they only aim for their profit and their own salary share. 4 - Managers highlight a simple work of a boot lockers as if he conquered the Himalayas. Opportunities are also given to those people only.
