. Very poor when it comes to Salary and additional Benfits. . It take huge time for the proper Proposals/Hikes/Appraisal/Bonus.

Its a great place to work. people and culture is appreciable. Carrer growth and learning opportunities are vast. Weekend allowance also being paid.

Oracle is not a pay Master. No additional benefits such as monetary rewards, team outing etc.

...ment and benefits for employees well being but doesn't gives growth opportunity.They hire people from outside with high salary /designation. People within for years stays with the same package and same designation. Without growth there is no peace.
