Cons: Work in old technologies, limited scope of learning in technology, slow growth in career and salary, work life balance in active projects is poor. Likely to become outdated after some time here.

Good Company Policy, OFSS enable work from the home facility for all employee during this difficult time, OFSS is very supportive during this period

Dislikes

The salary/ Appraisal process is defined but not a timely basis(regular interval), also award (AMM) was not conducted in my group from the last 5 years.

Only job security and if you are in offshore team, in some projects you will get good work life balance.

Dislikes

...you good hike. I have seen people on the same post for years even if u put work. When you demand increased salary or any counter after getting job at another company, they don't even give you a matched offer and won't even try to retain you.

No hikes for years No bonus No good technology All old Oracle frameworks which doesn't have any value outside of Oracle. Very diplomatic manager ( when you ask for promotion or good hike - He will say we are not stopping you from going outside)

...e balance is pretty good but again it depends on the project you are working on.Every year we will get bonus two times.

Dislikes

Here in this company mostly work will be on SQL and PLSQL, company tools for customisation. Getting to work on these technologies also very less. So if we talk about career growth, learning will be very less.
