Good work life balance but again depends on the team and manager. No one bugs you after office hours and timings are flexible

...ur work is not rewarded here and you feel stagnant after 2-3 yrs working here. Very less growth in terms of promotion or salary. This place is best for senior level people to get avg salary and less work. Good to work here in the retirement stages but not suitable for freshers who aspire to work on cutting edge technologies and prove their mettle. Manager blames higher management for not rewarding your work and reducing the salary budget... But recruits more people with high salaries. Has very bad employee retention rate.

Only job security and if you are in offshore team, in some projects you will get good work life balance.

...you good hike. I have seen people on the same post for years even if u put work. When you demand increased salary or any counter after getting job at another company, they don't even give you a matched offer and won't even try to retain you.

job security is onl plus i see here, there are employees with 15+ exp, or from start of flexcube which later was acquired by oracle and is now Oracle Finacial services software

No salary hikes for years, no perks, not even Wifi bill rembursement. Nothing new to learn, employees are not open to automation they are comforatble with manual efforts, new approach is always discouraged. HR dept is for name sake. abusive workplace, managers lack empathy, uses cuss words for female employees as well and everyone behaves as if its company culture.

...e balance is pretty good but again it depends on the project you are working on.Every year we will get bonus two times.

Dislikes

Here in this company mostly work will be on SQL and PLSQL, company tools for customisation. Getting to work on these technologies also very less. So if we talk about career growth, learning will be very less.

1. Flexible working hours. 2. You may bluff with your relatives, marriage prospects that you are working at "Oracle", there is only ORACLE in ID card, email address, office building and everywhere. They will never find out the difference between ORACLE India and OFSS at glance. 2. Job security, no lay offs ever happened 3. No strict minimum 8 hours logging 4. No restriction for no of days to do WFH although some managers consider it negative. Hope Covid thought them a lesson. 5. Lot of foreign travel oppurtunites but mostly to Africa, Middle east and such non exciting underdeveloped countries.

..., position and job than existing employees (sometimes even double to triple). 4. If your salary has not moved much in three years, then it's a signal of rejecting and neglecting you. 5. Basic component in CTC is very less (just 25%) so that employer contribution and gratuity is very less. 6. Don't stay long even if you get some decent hike here. Not worth it. Not recommended for long term, but good for short term. 7. No perdium compensation for onsite travel. They reimburse only the expense bills. So less savings compared to travel in other companies.
