... is 8 but they make us work 10 hrs and also on weekends without shift allowance. Even after putting so much efforts , people are not getting hike /bonus. Poor Management Rare promotion, but dry promotion without hike

1. Flexible working hours. 2. You may bluff with your relatives, marriage prospects that you are working at "Oracle", there is only ORACLE in ID card, email address, office building and everywhere. They will never find out the difference between ORACLE India and OFSS at glance. 2. Job security, no lay offs ever happened 3. No strict minimum 8 hours logging 4. No restriction for no of days to do WFH although some managers consider it negative. Hope Covid thought them a lesson. 5. Lot of foreign travel oppurtunites but mostly to Africa, Middle east and such non exciting underdeveloped countries.

..., position and job than existing employees (sometimes even double to triple). 4. If your salary has not moved much in three years, then it's a signal of rejecting and neglecting you. 5. Basic component in CTC is very less (just 25%) so that employer contribution and gratuity is very less. 6. Don't stay long even if you get some decent hike here. Not worth it. Not recommended for long term, but good for short term. 7. No perdium compensation for onsite travel. They reimburse only the expense bills. So less savings compared to travel in other companies.

Except providing work from home option, there wasn't any support from the management side and in fact we had to work for longer hours because meetings were eating our regular work time. But what I liked the most was the training and development of individuals. Also there is no time bound work concept. You have work, complete it. No one would bother whether you do it by sitting in office or working from home, working for 8 hrs or 10 hrs or 6 hrs.

Dislikes

The rewards and the compensation is not based on work but on the number of years of experience you have. Even the promotions are not given to exceptional workers but for people who have required experience. Needs to be changed.

Likes

Joining as Lateral is preferable. If joining as fresher suggested don't be more than 2 years in this company.

Dislikes

...wont care about employees. The managers sees every time their job to be secured. No support to the resources under them regarding salary increments. They required only work every time.
