I dislike my salary growth- I dont know whether I will be able to make you understand but let me explain my thought- I am not blaming any managers here- but when I raised this salary concern to my seniors I just got one answer-"That we are in support team, you cant compare your salary growth with others team" I just want to ask if you can understand "yes I am in support team, Is it bad to be part of support team? Without support how anybody can grow? Can we make a building without foundation? Can we achieve any target without support? So please respect us and increase my salary. So that a person who is in support team can say proudly " Yes I am in support team" Thanks

Subsidiary of ORACLE -I only joined the organisation for the name ORACLE

No salary hike in last 3 years, no pramotion -people are working on same designation for years, 0 Employee benefits - apart from salary and travel allowance (if you are working as onsite resource) you get nothing from organisation, most of projects tech stack is outdated

...rs for an appraisal and received only a 4% hike, which amounts to 2% per year 2. Even if you perform well, you may not receive a salary increase 3. Variable pay is low, ranging from 40 - 60% 4. Lack of communication with the line manager, as your project manager and line manager may be different

Low salary and hikes . Old technology. Good and elegant works is not appreciated and credit is taken by old timer even most help needed from you and most people know you doesn't matter. Slow people are appreciated.
