The only thing I liked working at opulence was that I got to learn & experience a lot. Like in terms of communication skills, inter- personal skills, and confidence i really did got a boost.

Dislikes

The whole structure is pathetic. "do not work here if you are light hearted or expecting fixed salary " There is no fixed payment structure or fixed salaries given to employees. They do not even refer employees as employees they say like you are family and we are offering you an entrepreneurship profile, in which you can do anything and you Have to do everything on your own😂 like literally everything like - it's starts from tele-calling, doing independent sales and that also for a charity client means in short collecting donations, then hiring in your own, doing team- building, training your team- members, and the doing sales for them as well. They just say we are promoting you but in the name of promotion the designation changes nothing else , no hike no change in work nothing. It's literal "gadha- majduri" vala kaam which you can say.

Just fooling people nothing else. Don't join this company it's just fooling people and it's employees. Founder of company Anshul Garg don't even know how to manage company why the hell he's managing such a fake organization, useless fellow.
