Each and every employee of Optymyze taking from intern to SPM level, love it as if its their own company. And this is totally different from MNCs like Infosys,TCS as I had worked in infosys too. Talk about meetings, talk about any seminar from Abroad , they attend it even if its irrelevant for their domain. This I liked the most.

Dislikes

Job Security.They dont even give time to get adapted to that environment. They will hire you and start judging you from the the first day without considering, earlier, which company you worked for. Basically work culture is way too different in an MNC and a product based company like OPTYMYZE. Apart from this they will add 2500 Rs every month to your food card and this will b deducted from your salary. And that 2500 sum , you have to spend the same month that too for lunch only because that card works in office premises only.
