Well structure organisation.So very little scope to learn and opportunity to work on new things.Good for fresher but not good for experience persons.

Pay structure very poor i.e. 20 % variable pay. NO hr involvement in any process. Roadmap and all good things shown my leadership only on ppt and townhall but ground reality is quite different

Initial salary will be good, perks like free meal....and flexible working hours...no tension maintaining minimum time in office

Hikes and promotions are less. Hike will be around 10-15 percent max for good performance.. for average it will be in single digit.

Good pay and less challenging office work , better if you are planing for distance studies

To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.

The culture is degrading year by year. And salary hike and bonus also not good. Promotion benefits also very less. Boring culture. Not much activities from team side. Not much outings or gatherings.

Employee centric company, with good benefits and compensation for employees, the learning curve is average, product based but work culture and working way is of service based

Too much politics by leadership, no promotion, no good hike , no recognition or award , people staying in the company for 15- 16 years are major decision takers , very bad learning curve , repetitive work , employees getting burnt out , proper service based culture or call center based
