Gain some experience in Optum and then switch to different company for further growth. For those who don't want pressure and want job security and comfort zone then staying with the company will be the best option for you.

Growth chances is too slow. Work pressure is too high. Salary is not enough according to company expectations about work they want from you

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, Common Review(Appraisals) are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Appraisal are very poor and they give minimum hike in salary. No facility for yearly bonus in company. The bonus word deleted from company dictionary.

Dislikes

I give half star for management, they want every employee work all type of task in same day. Work Assignment faculty is poor. If anyone miss to complete the task then it impact on goal sheet, QVC as well as on the entire year performance.

Team cologoues and managers are very supportive in every manner.

Dislikes

They offer salary very low but a new starter it is a best platform. But i think organization need to think about the salary structure.
