I consider it a great company to work for a long term as 2nd or 3rd company not as a 1st for good salary growth.

Earlier Episource now Optum business, if you stick to the company from start the salary growth is below average like any other corporate no value of loyalty. Forcing to do X number of overtime target every month.

Nothing for now. Last year it is used to be one of the best organisation. When it is used to be Episource. Now after Optum acquiring it becomes worst.

...get Pressure . Rude behaviour by management. Not appreciating employees efforts. Low salary

Working atmosphere is good and there is no frequent change in project, which helps to know the project and get stable in quality and production

Dislikes

Work pressure, no good salary hikes or promotion, Too much of internal politics which spoils the standards of an MNC.

1. Positive environment 2. Job security 3. Friendly help from sme,s and team lead. 4. Friends are made rest of life.

1.No salary hike as per market rates 2. Torture in case of pending work is left till eod.

Ok first thing i have to say about this company is good for starting your career for medical background but don’t expect much salary because if you’re living like Chennai area this salary is not enough for single person

Incentive method and not showing proper package details it varying from crct to salary slip it’s big disappointment please consider and provide good package for medical coding job ppl in this job really working hard
