This is the safe and secure company. If u want to learn new things daily. Then Optum is a tutor. If you want to stick with a process, then Optum is a companion

......... Saturday working - During high volume, they insist us to work Saturday's. But it cost normal one day salary.... Not a double salary or neithet excess allowances.

Overall my experience with UHG was one of the best I ever had with any organization but the only issue I had with company was salary issue as the management only increase the salary at their will if you are good at Licking manager then you have a bright future

Growth chances is too slow. Work pressure is too high. Salary is not enough according to company expectations about work they want from you

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, Common Review(Appraisals) are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
